Here’s what you will be doing at ExtraaEdge
Point of Contact for setting up the domain & helping Customer Success team to deliver the product
Hands-on experience in SQL language
Good understanding of JSONs – read, write & explain.
Familiarity with database management & tables structures
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk, FreshDesk)
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and product configuration
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
Maintains jovial relationships with clients

The Work Hours and Work Locations:
Work Hours: You are expected to work from 9:30 AM to 7 PM IST. Keep in mind that being a startup, you may have to stretch from time to time depending on your workload and deadlines.
Work Location: Pune (Work from Office).

What does the recruitment process look like?
One level of an online assessment.
Interview Rounds: Once shortlisted we usually do about 2 rounds of interviews and deep reference checks.
