Send WhatsApp message to a lead

You will be able to send whatsapp messages as well.

Step 1: Click on the WhatsApp icon from the action menu.

Step 2: This redirects you to the Web WhatsApp. You need to keep web WhatsApp active.

Step 3: You will be able to continue the conversation with a lead without even adding the lead in your phone contact list.
