Job Title: Outbound Demand Generation Specialist 

Purpose:

Fueling business growth by driving targeted lead generation strategies, maximizing brand visibility, and converting prospects into customers. Our demand generation team creates demand, unlocks opportunities, and builds momentum for sustainable success.

Here’s what you will be doing at ExtraaEdge

• You will be responsible for creating sales opportunities for the Field Sales Team.
• Generating BANT-qualified demos with prospects and ensuring a set target revenue is achieved consistently month on month.
• Connecting with the decision makers of edu-institutions, universities, private coaching, overseas consultancies etc & generating sales opportunities through outbound calls, visiting institutions / universities, emails & LinkedIn activity.
• Maintaining prospects pipeline. Updating and tracking metrics on CRM.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing team with ongoing ad-hoc projects.

 MUST HAVES FOR THIS ROLE:

1. Experience of sales / pre-sales to Higher Education institutions, Universities, Coaching / Test preps, B-Schools etc. This will need strong connections at institutions.
2. Substantial relevant B2B work experience of setting up BANT qualified (Budget – Authority – Need – Time) meetings for the sales team

 WE WON’T BE PROCESSING THE CVs IF:

1. If there’s no experience of selling to higher educational institutions
2. You only have B2C experience. 
3. You have sold only to K-12 / schools / preschools, and not to higher educational institutions.
4. If fluent conversation in English is a bit of a struggle for you
