Must Have
2 – 4 Years of experience
Good experience in Support background
You should have a customer centric approach
Fluency in English and regional language
Good experience in SQL, Json, HTML
Good to Have
Proficiency in CRM/Enterprise software and MS Office Suite.
Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology).
Proven 2- 4 Years of experience in technical account management or a similar customer-facing role.
Hands-on experience in JSON and SQL.
Strong understanding of software implementation processes and project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
