Must Have

    • 2 – 4 Years of experience
    • Good experience in Support background
    • You should have a customer centric approach
    • Fluency in English and regional language
    • Good experience in SQL, Json, HTML

      Good to Have

      • Proficiency in CRM/Enterprise software and MS Office Suite.
      • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology).
      • Proven 2- 4 Years of experience in technical account management or a similar customer-facing role.
      • Hands-on experience in JSON and SQL.
      • Strong understanding of software implementation processes and project management.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
      • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

      • The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering support, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
