Must Have
0-3 years (Freshers—bring it on! We’ll teach you the ropes.)
A strong mindset and a passion for consultative sales
A love for chasing targets and smashing milestones (the more the better)
Willingness to travel and confidence to network with senior education leaders (Chairman, Directors, etc.)
Fluency in English and regional languages (Tamil & Kannada, Telugu & Tamil, Malayalam & Tamil = major plus!)

Prefer consultative selling over cold calling (We’re here for the relationship, not just the transaction)
Have a network in education—or are ready to build one (no judgment here, we admire the hustle)
Know your way around a sales cycle—or can’t wait to learn
