Here’s what you will be doing at ExtraaEdge
- Point of Contact for setting up the domain & helping Customer Success team to deliver the product
- Hands-on experience in SQL language
- Good understanding of JSONs – read, write & explain.
- Familiarity with database management & tables structures
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk, FreshDesk)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and product configuration
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Maintains jovial relationships with clients

- Relevant Experience and Minimum of Years 1 – 3 Years
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills, search skills, ability to approach problems logically

- To be a part of the development initiatives at ExtraaEdge and work in a high-performance team.
- Manage the backend services and controller changes when a new module is implemented.
- Manage the development roadmap in sync with the product roadmap.
- Suggest architectural changes & optimizations while fine-tuning the application.
- Being able to step into the shoes of the user/learner and identify the best design/coding strategies & frameworks.
- Interact with operations & sales to understand expectations.
Is this someone that looks like you?
- 2 to 5 years of experience working on C#, .NET Core, and .NET MVC.
- Proficient in Entity Framework, LINQ to Objects.
- Experienced in SQLServer, Database design, understanding database queries.
- Advanced Database knowledge like Indexing, Stored Procedures.
- REST API design and implementation.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Management, WebApps & Deployments.
- Hands-on in writing Unit Tests.
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Sharp .NET & MVC framework knowledge & programming hands-on.
- Attention to Detail.
- Razor-sharp analytical.
- Experience in Agile methods & Test-Driven design.

- Execute test strategies and software release schedule revolving around the Scrum and Continuous Delivery process cycles.
- Responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance including Software Quality Assurance, Testing, Verification, and Validation.
- Interact with operations & sales to understand expectations.

- 2 to 6 years of experience of working on Manual Testing.
- Proficient on Agile Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Experienced in Database & API Testing.

- Ability to work with other technical teams and diversity.
